So, I got my first Daily Deviation today, and before I say anything, I would like to thank DanielleIvanova and akraslel for suggesting and featuring my poem, Something Good to Eat, respectively. Of course, I'd also like to thank all of my watchers and everyone who favorited or even bothered to have a glance at my poem for the support.
Now, I honestly don't know how many deviants who get daily deviations actually do this, but I really don't care because this kind of thing really gets me. I mean, I woke up this morning and actually almost cried when I saw that this poem that I wrote on a whim in only a few minutes actually got a Daily

I can not believe that this is the title I just wrote. Earlier today, I received news that our friend and valued community member Endorell-Taelos (https://www.deviantart.com/endorell-taelos) has passed away early March. As of now, her family doesn't know what happened to her. And so, I sit here, shaking, crying and trying to grasp the big empty space Alicia has left behind in my life.
She was a treasured friend and a kind soul. Someone you'd love instantly as you met her. The first time I met her, we made plans to revive her group, SeniorSelections (https://www.deviantart.com/seniorselections). She was so very sweet and welcoming to me right then and there that I knew we would become friends. Flash forward a few weeks and we we
A week has passed since Alicia / Endorell-Taelos (https://www.deviantart.com/endorell-taelos)'s passing. And while the tears don't fall quite as often, they still come, and the hole in my heart is bigger than ever. I have been quite the introvert these last few years due to life events which have thrown me into a deep depression. Since I am not the type to burden anyone with my problems, I chose to distance myself from most people. Alicia was special in that she understood the darkness I was struggling with as she lived with it herself, and it truly was a blessing to have someone in my life whom I could talk with, who could understand what I was going through, and never got tired,

The Sweetest Deviant: Results
In March, I asked the wide DeviantART community to nominate a wonderful deviant or two who have impacted them throughout their years here on site. I was very excited by all of the incredible, positive feedback everyone offered. All of the responses I received were uplifting and encouraging, and I could not be prouder of this community. All of you truly showed me the power of love and positivity.
That Was So Sweet…
The Sweetest Deviant project produced a staggering amount of participants and the devious love was shown in full force. Below, you will find a few of the project’s statistics and a compilation of some of my favorite swe
Edit: I am going to share a bit more about what I managed to find out, as I know there is a lot of speculation. It has been learned from the woman who found her (a personal friend who regularly took her shopping, etc) that Alicia was found dead in her home, near her computer, a wound on the back of her head. The theory is that she went to sit on her chair, it rolled away from her, and she fell backwards, hitting her head on the floor and expiring.
Honestly, I have my doubts if that is the full story. But, sadly, there is no way for me to get any more information. So, for now, her death is being characterized as a tragic accident. Regardless

In Loving Remembrance of Alicia Cooper
Thinking of the beautiful Endorell-Taelos (https://www.deviantart.com/endorell-taelos), the first words that spring to mind for me are: “sweetest soul.” In 2013, when I first hosted The Sweetest Deviant project, it did not come to a surprise who was ultimately chosen: “Alicia has been on DeviantART for six years [in 2013], making an impact here everyday with her lovely personality, thoughtfulness and helpfulness within her respective communities. She has also served under moonbeam13 (https://www.deviantart.com/moonbeam13) as a Community Volunteer for the DeviantART Related field, and showing her daily support for such groups as SeniorSelections (https://www.deviantart.com/seniorselections). Reposting to remind you:
Would like to compliment a fellow Deviant anonymously?
The idea:
I will create a journal to compile and post anonymous messages to other deviants that compliment them in some manner, be it about their artwork, community contributions, personality, or anything else you can think of; there is no limit (though we'll try and stay PG please even if referenced artworks are not as I cannot mark journals as mature).
To participate:
:bulletred: Send me a note titled "Deviant compliments", containing the username of the deviant you wish to compliment, what you want to say in quotes, and eithe
